🏠Amazing🏠Room🏠in Amazing🏠 House !

Hello everyone, we have a lovely double room available in our house :). ALL BILLS inclusive. Please see the video and photos that we have posted. The house is large and has a maximum of three people living here as there are three bedrooms. At present there are two of us - Claire, and Ben. We are not a couple (just house mates) and are looking for someone to take the third and last room :).

We have two bathrooms and the bathroom with this room is just used by one other (Claire) who is considerate and tidy.

We are looking for someone who is single at the moment (or possibly in a relationship with someone who lives alone), as following the lockdown requirements is a bit tricky otherwise.

The house is spacious, gets lots of sun and has a great south facing garden.

Bertie, a gentle Labrador lives with us and he is very friendly and lovely to have around. We also have a little cat who tends to keep herself to herself, sleeping in a quiet spot upstairs or being outside.

The room is a good sized double room with solid oak furniture, a large double wardrobe, double bed, desk and overlooks the garden! The street is very quiet with no through traffic.

The rest of the house comprises a large, open plan kitchen and living area with large doors onto the garden.

There is lots of parking on the road and bus stops within three minutes' walk.
