The six bedrooms are generous in proportion and all of equal size. Each bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and/or wardrobe, desk and chair.

Each bedroom requires a £500 deposit.

The house is in a great location for CATS College, Anglia Ruskin University and Cambridge Science Park. There are a variety of shops and amenities within a 5 minute walk, although the city centre is also within walking distance.

Water, Electricity and Gas are all included within the rent - even wireless internet and Communal area TV Licence! However, some students may become liable for Council Tax which is NOT included in the rent.
