This Victorian house has 12 full-sized individual bedrooms, each boasting a private en-suite bathroom and some featuring beautiful views of the garden or city. The maximum occupancy of each room is 1 person, barring two studio rooms which can sleep 2. There is a single or a double bed in each room and the bathroom is fitted with an enclosed shower. The hallways and corridors are shared between guests and there is a large communal kitchen available to use. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with a large range of cutlery and utensils.

Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV and offers complimentary coffee and tea. There is also an iron and ironing board in each room, as well as a hairdryer. The entire house is fitted with heating to ensure a good night's sleep throughout the winter months. There is also a washing machine and dryer located in the communal areas.
