- 12 min walk or 4 min bike to Tesco Superstore
- 11min bike ride or 18min bus ride to City Centre
- 5min walk or 2min ride to Coldham's Common and gym with swimming pool
- Rumour has it, an Aldi/Lidl is going to open nearby too!
- Great Access to A14 and M11

There's a cleaning company that comes once a week and does a good job of cleaning all communal areas, making sure we enjoy a clean and presentable home. We still try to "Clean As We Go", so it is a nice, tidy place to live.
