The house has communal kitchen with gas hob and 2 electric ovens, microwave, 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer and kitchen cabinets. There is a large sitting room with dining table, armchair and TV. Communal bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. When fully occupied the house has six tenants --- all tenants have ensuite rooms. Current tenants include 1 male electrical engineer, 2 female scientists, male NHS Consultant.

The rooms will be suitable for quiet, non-smoking, clean, tidy singles --- professionals, post-docs, researchers and similar. No pets, couples or children. The rent is £640 per month and is inclusive of Council Tax, electricity, gas, central heating, water rate, broadband. References will be required from anyone taking the room and right to rent checks will be carried out as required by current legislation.
