Mid sized, furnished double room in a 3 bed, 1 bath shared house on Cherry Hinton Road, with decent sized garden. Not tons of storage space, but there is a spot by the door for additional shelving/chest of drawers etc and space in the attic if needed. Repainted a year or two ago but lived in since; gets good light and is cool in the summer. Close to local shops, the city centre, Addenbrokes/Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Mill Road, and Cambridge rail station.

An older, but well loved and lived in house with some character. The house is privately rented, affordable, and offers opportunities to make it your own if that’s your thing. Owned and rented by a lovely, hands-off land lady who has always done right by us.

The house has a shared living room, a washing machine and good sized garden that you’re free to plant in as you wish! There is a small front garden with secure bike locking and parking can usually be found on nearby streets (though neither of us drive).

Looking for a new housemate after the previous tenant moved out, and need someone who is good for rent and bills without question (or prompting). We have a rambunctious cat overlord who very much owns the place, and one of us smokes (outside). Both in full time work, one as a scientist and the other in retail. Tobias (30) has an upstairs bedroom and the adjacent room, and Russ (30ish :p) is on the ground floor. The available room is upstairs and faces the garden.

Looking for a friendly, drama free and conscientious person to share our home with. We’re generally pretty chill and give each other space when needed. We’ve been here a few years by now. Russ is into music, gardening and movies and Tobias science, cycling and tinkering with stuff. Previous tenant was a women so probably female preferred, but definitely not a deal breaker if we get along. Needs to be stably employed, 25-40yo.
