Room in friendly, international house

We have a double good size room to rent in our friendly international (Japanese, Latvian and Polish) 4 bedroom house off Mill Road, within 3 minutes walking distance from the railway station and we are looking for someone to move in from the 1st September. The contract will be for 3 months initially with the possibility to extend if the future landlord will also be letting the house (the house will be most probably sold by beginning of December).

Facilities available:
The room comes furnished with a double bed, bookshelf and wardrobe. There is one bathroom with a shower and an extra toilet upstairs. Kitchen has all the basics, including washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and your fridge will only be shared with 1 other person. There is also a shared living room and a garden.

Costs:
Rent is £508.92 which includes council tax and internet. Deposit will be £430 paid in advance with the first month’s rent. Rent is paid on the 1st each month. Any other bills are not included but it will be no more than £71.25 a month, including gas, electricity, and water.

Females professionals preferred. The person must be tidy, clean and social. We are respectful of each other’s own space but we are also up for hanging out some evenings, having a dinner together, going to the pub, but no noisy parties allowed. We get all along really well and we are looking for someone friendly that would fit in with us.
