Single room available for rent in a two-floor flat in Cambridge. The flat is in a quiet development just off Jesus Green, with a communal garden space and parking. It is brilliantly located, only a 15min walk from Market Square, and a 40min walk (15min cycle) from the Science Park.

The flat has a bathroom (with a bath), bedroom, and kitchen-living room on the lower floor, and two more bedrooms on the upper floor (one of which is the available room). It also has a balcony on the lower floor. (Pictures above.)

The room is 2.7x3.9m, can fit a double bed, and has a spaceous built-in wardrobe. It also has a lot of natural light since one wall has a large window that looks out over the communal garden. The room is unfurnished. There is some clouding between the window panes, but we are currently in the process of getting the panes replaced.

The two current flatmates work full time, one from home (male, 24, environmental researcher), the other from work (male, 24, theatre management). We are open to post-grad students or young professionals. We are not open to couples.
