Three double rooms available (all furniture included) in a great location in a house with 3 super friendly professionals, all UoC alumni.

The location is excellent, in the lovely, quiet and green Newnham area, close to Wolfson college and only 15 mins away from the city center. This is an ideal location if you work at the West Cambridge site.

This house is a home rather than just a place we live, and we're looking for someone who feels the same.

We love to cook, chill and relax during the week and we are very respectful of each other's time.

Rent varies from £ 650 to 700 for the other, depending on the size of the room. All bills are included, including wifi, kitchen and bathroom supplies.

You'll be sharing 2.5 bathrooms with the housemates. There is both a bath and a shower.

We have a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is additional storage easily available in a room next to the kitchen for bicycles. We also have a massive beautiful garden.
