Double Room with En Suite Available in Cambridge

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared kitchen/dining/living room.

The available bedroom is a double room with its own bathroom. The rent given above includes bills and internet but not council tax.

The building is in a relatively quiet part of Cambridge, next to Wolfson and Selwyn colleges, and about a ten to fifteen minute walk from the city centre.

My flatmate has recently moved out and I have extended the contract for six months, such that the new contract will end at the beginning of February. I am looking for a new flatmate to move in as soon as is convenient; should either or both of us wish to remain after February, it should be easy to extend the contract further.

I am the only other tenant. I have recently finished a PhD in theoretical physics; I am happy to live with either students or professionals.
