We are looking for someone who would like to join us in a social and clean environment and who would like to become a friend more than just an housemate.
The house got 4 bedrooms , 1 bathroom upstairs with toilet and shower and one downstairs with toilet and sink.
The kitchen is enough big to have a living space, complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.
We got a huge garden perfect for the summer with a shed for bike storage. The room available is £650 per month all included (rent-bills-wifi-cleaner 2times per month and gardener) furnished with bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and drawers.
The area is perfect for people working in central Cambridge. 5 minute walk to the busy and sociable Mill Rd, 2 minute walk to the big Sainbury’s supermarket, and 20 minute walk into central Cambridge. There is also parking available
