Seeking flatmate to share beautiful two-bed victorian house in the middle of Mill Road in a quiet and friendly household. The room is garden facing, bright and airy (please see attached photos) and includes a side table, and double wardrobe. Please note that the tenant will need to provide their own bedframe/matress.

Communal facilities include a well equipped kitchen with dining area and a lovely sitting room, and shared bathroom. The city centre is a 10-15 min cycle (or 35 min walk), and is located near multiple bus routes, and is a stone’s throw away from some of the best restaurants in town. There is also a Sainsbury’s Local located less than five minutes walk down the road.

No smoking or pets (I am sorry about the last one, though the neighbourhood cat Bernie often pops by for a visit, and through trial and error I have come to surmise that he is the pickiest eater I have ever met. Sardines, anchovies, milk and cheese don’t seem to do it for him, so you’re welcome to continue to try and find something he will actually tolerate).

Rent is £700 pcm and utilities range between £200 - £250 pcm depending on usage (including council tax). There would also be a once-off fee for reference checks, completed by Saint Andrews Bureau, totalling £150.
