Airy double in CB1 cottage

Hello! We have a lovely bright double room available in our gorgeous cottage home.

The L-shaped bedroom is on the first floor overlooking the back garden. The room comes furnished - there is a double bed with mattress. shelves, bedside table, chest of drawers, plus built in storage in the eaves. There is space for a large desk but the desk in the photo belongs to the current tenant.

The house has a good-sized shared kitchen/diner and lounge with a divider wall. It's great for the odd dinner party and movie night. The kitchen has a shared fridge and freezer, lots of cupboard space, and a big oven. There's a bathroom on the first floor and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The house has wooden floors throughout. There's lots of light - great for plants!

We have bifold doors along the whole of the back of the house that open out onto the deck and picturesque garden. Around the side of the house we also have a veg patch and a small garden shed.

The bills currently work out at £165 each per month (though we expect this to go up later in the year). Council tax band is E.

It's located in a quiet leafy residential area with a few shops and amenities nearby. The train station and Mill Road area are a 20-minute walk away.

You'll be sharing with two professionals - Steph (37) and Ross (29). We enjoy going out together occasionally for dinner/drinks and hosting the odd get-together or bbq but equally do our own thing too. We're looking for a fellow professional with a similar vibe - tell us a bit about yourself!
