Previously a garage, this recently renovated room is fresh and homely. Situated on the ground floor, there is plenty of room for a double bed, desk space and wardrobe room. The ensuite has its own sink, toilet and walk in shower powered by a combo boiler.
The rest of the ground floor features a large living room into dining area, a kitchen and under stair storage. Upstairs are two double rooms, a separate bathroom and a fourth small room. Outside, accessed by either patio door or side gate is a large grass garden with small patio area, a shed where we store bicycles and a sheltered area we store motorbikes. Out front is enough driveway space to fit three cars on our more private alcove road - even more car parking space can be had on the road on our cul de sac.
We have super fast Virgin fibre broadband (219 Mbps actual speed!) and a super energy savvy ideology household.
The house is in a very quiet cul de sac, barely a minute away from a local green, five from a large Tesco and a 15 minute cycle to the city centre.
I'm Max, me and my best buddy Hank live in the rooms on the first floor. We are gym-going, board game loving, motorbike riding, anime watching, philosophy indulging, nerdy men. We arnt the sort of people that go drinking on the weekend or the type to be a total social shut-in. Im a designer and he is an accountant and we are both a calm, logical and communicative duo. Our general routine is to be up for gym early morning, head to work for the day, cook at home and then watch a few eps of a series we have on-going or retire to our rooms. Nearly every Sunday we have a group of mixed friends over for the evening to play board games, watch movies, eat food and have a general laugh.
What are we looking for? We are open and interested in a whole host of different people with different experiences and loves. So long as you are friendly, open minded and able to keep areas clean after yourself I think we will be okay! We have no issue with guests or gatherings - but might draw the line at a music pumping midnight breaching party. And an open invite is automatically present to join our Sunday group who are guys and gals of all flavours and spirits - but equally with no expectation or pressure intended if it’s not your cup of tea! m, you just have to be okay with every Sunday being a full house!

We unfortunately don't know the water bill - we have-not been here long enough just yet to get one!
