A large, bright and furnished double room in our family home in Newnham, shared with a young(ish) couple, my husband’s daughter on alternative weekends and our Golden Retriever (Tig). We are ideally looking for an academic/ PhD student.

Our home is close to lots of gorgeous green space. Grantchester Meadows and all the lovely community shops of Newnham Village while being an easy 15 minute walk to central Cambridge.

Utility bills, council tax and internet are included.

As well as a beautiful large bedroom over-looking our garden, you will have your own kitchenette and bathroom. We are not looking for a house share but rather someone who wants to rent a room in a beautiful home and location but would largely like to have privacy - there is no shared living space available.
