It is comfortably furnished with a good sized IKEA wardrobe with sliding doors, and storage room on top , a small double bed with high legs for under bed storage, bed side table, and can be completed with a small desk/ comfy chair or whatever is required to make it your own.

There is additional storage in the spacious lounge along with cupboards there beside the table and also an under the stairs cupboard.

The house is located on the south side of Cambridge near Addenbrookes , just a very short commute into Cambridge, as well as various Science parks,
5 mins from Foxton Station ( no traffic) either for the one stop to Cambridge or the 1hr train to London.

Bus ( no 26) to Cambridge, takes 30 mins, (bus stop via shortcut footpath)

Convenient for Addenbrookes, ( current tenant cycles to work there), Cambridge, Melbourne Science Park ( 10 mins drive ), Abington and Great Chesterford Science parks.

You would be sharing this comfortable and charming house, with 2 very friendly, clean & tidy housemates;

Lucy is 25, works in IT, plays horn in a brass band, is, super friendly and outgoing with a busy life.

Callum is 29, has an interesting and varied job with Sudexo in Royston, enjoys gaming, music, nature, and living in this peaceful location!

Both housemates are definitely clean and tidy, respectful and considerate human beings :)

I am an Artist who lives part of the year in a large Annexe behind the house located further down the long garden adjacent to the field next door.

There is a lovely garden to enjoy with views of the field and a good bicycle shelter.

I am very friendly and easy going, and always take care of any problems in the house straight away no matter where I am.

The house has off road parking for about 5 cars, there is a new cycle route to Cambridge, and buses from Harston.

Waitrose is nearby, and village shops in Haslingfield and in Harston a short walk away via the footpath across the field.

The spacious bathroom with individual deep storage drawers is on the ground floor.

The living room is dual aspect and opens out to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, quite recently redecorated with lovely Italian tiles and a large adorable pantry. :)
It has a Santorini type feel, again with a view, and you can eat at the table in there or at the dining table in the lounge.

9k washing machine, very large fridge freezer, and fast internet.
