Pseudo Studio in House

The room:
This room is 1 of the 4 in the house, at the top floor, but it is basically basically a studio with it's own living area ,kitchenette (includes, fridge, small freezer, microwave and oven ) and ensuite so you can come interact with rest of the house as much as you want, the furniture (including TV) is included.

Washer and drier is shared between everyone in the house.

The House:
This is a 3 floor house share
Bottom floor is consists of a hallway, kitchen. it also consists of a bedroom + en suite opening out onto a patio (you can get to patio easily through the front door)

Middle floor consists of two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

Top floor consists of a bedroom and kitchenette (this is the room on offer)

The kitchenette is is only used by 1 tenant so plenty of cupboard and fridge space. More or less comes fully equiped with crockery and cooking utensils.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bedframe, mattress, desk, cupboard and a chair.

The patio has space for bikes and there is car parking space behind though it gets filled up.

The tenants:
The remaining tenants are 3 friendly professionals men and female tenant. The new tenant is ideally a friendly professional that is tidy and up for a chat every so often.

Cam North Station is 10 min cycle
Budgens/Post Office/Enterprise Car Club Vehicle, Voi Scooter are 3 mins walk away

Tesco express is 8 mins away by walk

Bus stop (city 1, takes you to the centre of town) is 2 minute walk away

Science Park is a 10 minute bike ride/ 20 min walk

Bills:
WiFi, Council tax and TV License are included. The rest come to around £40 to £70 a month.
