Very good location if you're working in the city centre or around Addenbrooke's hospital/south Cambridge or if you need to take the train.
The room is furnished with a single bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers and few shelves.
The house is spacious with a living room, a big kitchen fully equipped, a garden and a high speed broadband internet. the bathroom on the first floor is to share between 4 people but there is an extra toilet and sink downstairs in case the bathroom is taken. There is a fifth bedroom in the loft with its own toilet/shower room.
The housemates are all professionals who work regular office hours.
The rent is £600 per calendar month with one month deposit and all bills are included.
