Our friendly house is located in Trumpington Meadows. We are situated a few minutes' walk from the Trumpington Park & Ride. The nature reserve is on our doorstep.

Amenities include a Sainsbury's Local (two blocks away) and a Waitrose supermarket close by. The house is perfectly situated for cycling into town, or driving north or south via the M11. We are two bus stops from Addenbrooke's and the Biomedical Campus, and three stops into central Cambridge.

The room is highly specified with oak Amtico flooring and a south-facing double-glazed aluminium window looking out onto a lovely garden. The double bed comes with a luxury mattress. The bathroom features a high pressure shower over a bath and a large towel radiator.

The WiFi is fast (150Mbps) and reliable. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair. All bills included. No agency fees. There is plenty of free local parking, and a secure garage where you can park your bicycle.

Living in the house are 3 friendly professionals who are interested in living as sustainably as possible, and love healthy cooking, nature and travelling.

Two of us eat mostly plant-based; we prefer a housemate who doesn't cook a lot of meat at home.

Our preferred housemate would be a professional female who is tidy and considerate. We all need to be up for work in the mornings, so we keep noise down after 10pm. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet.
