I've lived here for two years and really loved the quiet neighbourhood and convenient location, with 2mins to the riverside and lots of grocery stores within 10mins walk, and 10-15mins cycling can take you pretty much everywhere from Cambridge Science Park to Cambridge South Station.

The building itself is well-maintained with regular cleaning of common area and a well-kept communal garden, you often see people lying there reading a book. The neighbours are mostly University researchers or working professionals at Science Park and Business Park. Living here provides a quiet and relaxing lifestyle (might also because there are sound-proof wall panels in the living room!).
