SIngle Bedroom in Lovely House with Garden

My partner and I are looking to sublet the third room in a 3 bedroom house on Richmond Road (just by Fitzwilliam College).

The house has a beautiful garden which backs onto allotments and the road its on has no through traffic so is extremely peaceful despite being near the center of Cambridge. The is a large kitchen, shared living room, two toilets and bathroom.

The room itself backs onto the garden and has a decent sized cupboard for storage with a single bed, desk and drawers. We are happy to swap some items around in the bedroom as needed, for example we have a larger desk in the attic if required.

When we moved in the garden was extremely overgrown but we have recently cleared it, planted grass and some other plants. If you like gardening you would be welcome to plant things as there is still lots of space.

My partner is a teacher and I am a Physics PhD student. We both usually wake up early and are out the house working during the day. We are looking for someone (professional or postgraduate student) who is on a similar schedule.

The rent is 645 and the bills are 130pcm (inc council tax, band D). The bills are subject to change, however based on previous estimates 130pcm is about right.
