Bright double room in Victorian terraced house

Hi everyone! My wonderful current housemate is moving out with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for a female professional to come and share this lovely Victorian terraced house with me.

A bit about me - I’ve lived in the house for over 3 years and made it my home, so the house itself is fully furnished. The room is technically unfurnished (though the furniture in the photos could be kept if you want it). I have 2 jobs, one in marketing for a travel company and one at an archive, which is what I want to pursue as my next career. In my spare time I love to walk by the river to go and get ice cream, and I enjoy cooking, reading, visiting museums, and relaxing on the sofa with a glass of wine and some rubbish tv! I’m definitely looking for a housemate who also wants to be a friend who will enjoy socialising together on occasions 😊

The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and the bedroom on offer overlooks the garden at the back of the house. There is free on street parking (no permit needed). The house is in a great location is on a friendly street, 15/20 min walk from the station, 20 mins into town, 2 mins from the supermarket, 1 min from the nearest pub 😀

I'm looking for someone who can start the tenancy from the end of May, and ideally someone who wants to make Cambridge their home and be here on a long term basis. We will be signing a tenancy agreement together and you will need to be able to sign a minimum of a 6 month tenancy agreement. The rent is £600 per month, plus bills (roughly £130), and the tenancy deposit is £720. Council tax band C.
