Fully furnished double bedroom in a relatively new 3-bedroom house, sharing with a couple. The house is located in a very new and vibrant residential community - Marleigh.
You will have your own dedicated (only for your use) family bathroom next to your room. Parking space is included in case you have a vehicle.
The room includes
1. A double bed
2. A fairly big mirror wardrobe.
3. A desk, chair and table lamp.
You will have shared access to our Dining/Kitchen area.
~5 min walk to a bus station taking you straight into the city centre within 15 mins.
~3 min walk to a Coop for all your grocery needs.
The rent is inclusive of all bills.
Few things we would prefer:

Move in date can be a bit flexible.
The accommodation is for 1 person only (not couples).
