Female tenant needed - long term let, double room

Hello!

We are looking for a female flatmate to take a double room in Petersfield area (v near The Grafton Centre). Room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe.

Room is on upper floor facing the garden at the back of the house (very quiet).

House is very clean and quiet. It’s a 3 min walk to the Grafton Centre and 10 mins from town centre. Handily located opposite a bakery with very good custard tarts.

Shared kitchen and living room, TV and very good internet. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer, garden and patio with outdoor space to lock up bicycles.

***Please note, particularly for hijab wearers: the garden has an access passage to the street shared with neighbours to take out the bins. The garden patio and access passage are overlooked by the kitchen and living room. This means that it will be difficult for you to be in ground floor communal rooms (kitchen, living room) without a hijab as the neighbours have to walk through our patio to access the street.

Cleaning is shared on a weekly rota between all housemates for the duration of the let.

Other flatmates are 2 female flatmates aged between 30 and 47, both in professional jobs.

Room is available from 1st April. Viewings will take place on:
Monday 9th March (any time)
Tuesday 10th March (evening only)
