A cozy room (on the first floor) with a balcony is available for sublet from 27-03-24 to 20-04-24 in a location close to city centre (30 mins walking, 10 mins by the bike) as I would be going somewhere for a month. The rent is negotiable (obviously) based on how long you want the room for, preferably for at least 2 weeks and at tops, 3. The deposit is also negotiable.
It's a single room with ample space for storage. I can empty up as much space as you would need.
The room has a kettle and a microwave for convenience, along with a well-equipped kitchen downstairs. The house has 2 baths and 2 toilets.
A little bit a me: I am a research assistant at UoC. I'm a female and I don't really have a preference for any specific genders to sublet my room to. I would really appreciate a clean person though.
