Hey, I'm Tristan, and I'd like to move out of my room and find a replacement. The room is available from either the first of May or the first of June until the end of August or the end of September. It's furnished and in perfect condition. You would share a large kitchen with 3 to 5 other students. The room is part of Girton College Postgraduate accommodation, and bills are included in the price. Ideally, the new tenant would be either a student of the University of Cambridge or a visiting student. The big Sainsbury's in Eddington is just a 3-minute walk away. All flatmates are really nice and international (Chinese, American, Welsh, English, Singaporean).
