Lovely big loft room + ensuite (central)

The loft room

I have a lovely large double bedroom with ensuite shower-room for a Monday-to-Friday lodger. The location is quiet and leafy, and 10 minutes' walk across a park to the city centre.

The room occupies the whole top floor of the house, so has a good degree of privacy. It is double-aspect with windows at both ends, and looks out over trees and gardens.

There is shared use of the kitchen/diner and patio/garden.

The rent includes fast unlimited wireless broadband, electricity, gas, water. At the moment I have a fortnightly cleaner, and this is also included in the rent.

I am looking for a mature part-time lodger who is quiet, considerate and tidy.

There is a place for bikes at the front of the front of the house, with rings on the wall for attaching a bike lock.

This is a Monday-to-Friday arrangement (and I will consider fewer nights for an adjusted rent). So if you contact me, please let me know how this arrangement would work for you. NB: When I do rent the room out full-time, I charge £1,200 pcm.
