We are currently looking for a fourth house mate because one the tenant is leaving in Mid May. There is a an off road parking and good amenties within a 5 minutes walk. ARU and Grafton Centre are also within a 20 minute walk away (bus drives there too). Monthly rent is £2200 for the whole house, bills are NOT included. Students and professionals are both welcomed.
