I am a live-in landlady, and my two other tenants are my son (38 yo) and a male long term lodger (36)
It is a clean, quiet house and would suit someone who is studying or a professional. It is not a sociable party house!
the rent includes all bills, wifi and council tax.
there is a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.
My main rules are to be extremely quiet between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am (this includes talking on the phone) and to treat everyone and everything with respect, including utilities.
