Single room available 24th (flexible) of May

A single bedroom on 34 Almoners' Ave will become available on May 24th when we'll sign the new 12-month contract (move-in date is flexible and can be as early as 21st of April).

The house is in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood and features 6 bedrooms, a spacious living room with 3 sofas, TV and table fusball, a large fully equipped kitchen, pool table, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. Our landlord maintains a beautiful large garden, and there's a garage for bicycles. All shared areas are furnished, but the room itself is unfurnished (it has a bult-in wardrobe though!). It's bedroom 6 on the layout attched. We are happy to help with furnishing it and receiving items. The house is just a 10-minute walk to Addenbrooke's and a 15-minute cycle to the city centre.

The rent currently is 580£ pcm including council tax but excluding bills which are roughly 100£ pcm.

We are quite a social house and usually have dinner together as well as fun activities on the weekend. We share the bills for food, house chores (some people cook, others clean etc.). We are looking for a professional or a student that will fit in our household and we look forward to meeting you!
