Room in lovely houseshare by Mill Road

I am leaving my room in Cambridge so am looking for a replacement from the start of May!

The house has 3 other lovely people in, we all have our own lives but also hang out in the lounge to chat or watch stuff together.

We are ideally looking for a female tenant as our landlord prefers to have an equal split of males and females.

The house is really homely and the room is a good size, we also have a big garden with a fireplace which is great for the summer! It is located just off of Mill Road so a great location for getting into the city centre easily.

We're happy to have in person or video viewings and I'm happy to arrange for you to meet the other housemates.

I am flexible with the move in date, but ideally would like to be out by the 16th of May at the latest.

Rent is £645 a month which includes WiFi, water, and council tax. Gas/electric is separate which comes to around £30 a month each.

Although we have a driveway we're not aloud to park on it but there is always road parking for those with a car!
