I have a room available in my three bed house-share on Natal Road (CB1) just off Mill Road.

The room will be available from the 31st May when my current house mate of a number of years moves in with her partner. It’s a large unfurnished double room in a three bedroom house (one room is used for storage only). I’m a professional male in early my 40’s. I work a lot of hours but I am laid back and friendly and I am seeking the same in a new house mate.
The house isn’t particularly modern but it is clean, tidy, bright and spacious with a comfy shared living room and decent sized kitchen.

Off-street driveway (currently unused) and on-street parking available. Large garden (great for a bbq!) and a garage for bike storage. Virgin Media fibre 250MB/s.

Rent is approx £800, with bills included and is contracted through a rental agency. Council tax band C.
