We have a double room available from July 15th in a friendly flatshare located conveniently near the Beehive Centre, ideal for professionals or PhD students.

Rent: £600 per month, excluding bills. With bills, the total comes to approximately £700 per month.

Furniture: The room is available with essential furniture which can be purchased for approximately £150.

Composition: Current flatmates are a mix of male professionals and PhD students, all of whom are friendly and respectful of personal space.

Facilities: The house boasts a spacious living room for shared use, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house; the available room shares a bathroom with two other flatmates.

Location: Located near the Beehive shopping area, you have everything you might need within a short distance. Grocery options like Asda, M&S, Tesco, and Aldi are just around the corner, alongside two gyms for the fitness enthusiasts.

Transport: Just a 10-minute cycle to the city centre, 7 minutes to the train station, and 15 minutes to Addenbrookes Hospital.
