We are three young professionals in our twenties with one small double room available in a friendly, sociable shared house.

Very close to railway station, 10 min walk. 10 min walk to cinema, gym and restaurants, 20 min walk / 10 min cycle into town. 10 mins bike ride to Addenbrookes. Very close to Mill road and all that has to offer.

The room has no desk but there is a free desk in the living room. The room has storage, but because the room is small, you are also welcome to use the storage cupboard as your own. We also have a good sized garage to store things in. The room shares a bathroom with one other person.

Price of room: £627 p/m rent, Deposit = £700

All bills are managed separately (incl. gas & electric , council tax (band F), Sky tv and broadband) and come to approximately £140 p/m

We have a private back garden, a shared front garden with tonnes of sun, a garage for plenty of storage, a large shared living room and separate large kitchen on the ground floor.

We’d like to share with someone who is social, who likes hanging out in the evening, pub trips, but who also respects each other’s space.
