Lovely Room Available - House Share Off Mill Road

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take my room in a lovely shared house just off Mill Road.

Rent is £625.00 per month, inclusive of utility bills and council tax (but not internet, which is arranged separately among the housemates).

The room is available from 15/06/2024, (potentially with some flex to move in a week or so earlier if my own move goes smoothly)

The Room:
- Minimally furnished with: double bed, bookshelf and small built in cupboard (but plenty of space for under bed storage)
- Faces onto the garden so nice and quiet
- Warm, bright and cosy
- Features a lovely old Victorian fireplace and sash window

(Please note that most of the clutter in the room is my own personal stuff - the desk, desk chair, bedside table and lamps will all be moving with me!)

The House:
- 1 downstairs bathroom
- Small kitchen
- Living room
- 4 bedrooms in total
- Garden with combination code locked gate and side passage to allow easy coming and going with a bike

You would be sharing the house with three others - Ben, Holly and Jo who are considerate and friendly young professionals.

Location: just off Mill Road this is a fab area with plenty of nearby shops and cafes. The main town centre is easily walkable or even faster by bike. The neighbourhood is generally friendly and peaceful and overall this has been a great place to live! :)
