Single/Double Room near Mill Road CB1

I have a single/double room in a centrally located flat within 10-15 minutes of the train station, Mill Road, and the Grafton. The flat is in a gated block in a quiet and safe area, which is very close to the Beehive retail park. It's also got a parking space, in addition to a covered and open bike storage space.

The room is semi-furnished and comes with a desk and a wardrobe but no bed, which is why it can be used as either a single or a double as it's got room for both. It is currently used as a single room.

The flat is fully furnished with amenities such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bills are not included in the rent, so the broadband, council tax, and electricity would be split evenly with me.
