Lovely Room Available - House Share Off Mill Road

Hello! We are a friendly, chill house share looking for an easy-going housemate to join us in our home.

Rent is £625.00 per month, inclusive of utility bills and council tax (but not internet, which is arranged separately among the housemates).

You would be sharing the house with three others - Ben, Holly and Jo who are considerate and friendly young professionals. Ben, in the adjacent room works from home as a musician on weekday daytimes, so you will hear him occasionally during work hours so this room woiuld therefore suit somebody who works outside of the house Monday- Friday.

The Room:
- Minimally furnished with: double bed, bookshelf and small built in cupboard (but plenty of space for under bed storage) Most of what you seen in the room will be takien with our deperating housemate.
- Faces onto the garden so nice and quiet
- Warm, bright and cosy
- Features a lovely old Victorian fireplace and sash window

The House:
- 1 downstairs bathroom
- Small kitchen
- Living room
- 4 bedrooms in total
- Garden with combination code locked gate and side passage to allow easy coming and going with a bike
- Parking is on-street, free, with no permit required.

The house really has the perfect location in Cambridge. Just off Mill road on a quiet street, we are a 15 minute walk to the train station, 20 minute walk/5 minute cycle into the centre of town. There’s loads of great restaurants (the best in Cambridge) and loads of cosy pubs just around the corner. We are also a 10 minute walk from the Beehive centre which is very convenient for shopping.

One thing to mention about the layout of the house that we suspect may have put a couple of people off in the past: Like many of the Victorian houses on Mill Road, our house has a single downstairs toilet with shower, and ours is situated next to the kitchen. Just thought I'd mention that, it doesn't bother us, but some people might not be a fan.
