Lovely Room in All Female Shared House

No students sorry - professional only as you will need to split the council tax with one other professional.

Very lovely (and cheap) single/double room, really friendly shared house.

A bit about the house - it’s a large 5 bedroom house with a shared living area, kitchen, dining room area and garden. The house is warm and cosy having recently been winter proofed and the girls are really lovely. Its about a 5-10 minute walk from mill road/the station and 10 min cycle into town. The area is perfect for getting around and it’s quiet with Lidl and Asda a 5 min cycle away. There’s lots of pubs and shops on mill road and it’s a buzzing area with lots to do and the house itself is down a very quiet street which has been lovely! There’s space to store a bike in the garden too.

The house has two fridges which we all share, a washing machine, oven and two air fryers. We share the household chores each week and this works really well. The current housemates are a mix of students and professionals, we are all tidy and like to keep to ourselves but sometimes we also eat together and watch tv. It’s a very easy going household.

Current bills are around £20-40 for gas and electric and we are keeping an eye on heating costs and Wi-Fi is about £7 each a month. Council tax is split between myself and the other professional in the house as the other girls are students and don’t have to pay but it means we do get a discount so it’s £89 each.
