A room has become available in an established house share. Fully furnished.. Medium sized.

There is shared use of lounge kitchen bathroom(2).

In total the house will have 4 housemates. . Two current housemates are female, the third is male, all professionals in their twenties.

Either a professional male or female would be considered.

There is a cleaning rota and everyone in the house is expected to do their share. The housemates have made a supportive home rather than just a collection of rooms and, so are looking for someone who would be comfortable with living in a social environment .

The rent is £525 and includes all bills.
Deposit is £525

The room is available from mid May.

Viewings are being conducted on Thursday 6 June (evening) and Sunday 9 June (afternoon/evening). The existing tenants have kindly agreed to conduct the viewings themselves so there would be an opportunity to meet them and ask any questions
