Double bedroom in a family home off Mill Road

We're a professional couple in our 30s/40s with a toddler and 2 cats. We're looking for a clean and tidy person that occasionally we could share a glass of wine or dinner with.

The house: recently renovated Victorian family home in a great location close to Mill road and train station. Garden to rear with kamado bbq and seating.

Bedroom 1(taken): about 10m2, nice and bright and overlooks gardens to rear of the house which makes it very quiet. The bedroom includes period fireplace, double glazed sash window, radiator on gas central heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, double bed with a mattress. Tenant will have access to a shared (with another tenant) bathroom located on the same floor as the bedroom (1st floor).

Bedroom 2 (available): about 7m2, nice and bright and overlooks gardens to rear of the house which makes it very quiet. The bedroom includes period fireplace, double glazed sash window, radiator on gas central heating, wardrobe with hanging part and shelves, small desk, small double bed with a mattress. Tenant will have access to a shared (with another tenant) bathroom located on the same floor as the bedroom (1st floor). This is a short term tenancy, available until May.

The bathroom has a shower over bath and a gas central heating radiator.

Kitchen: Light and airy kitchen/dining room, shared with us. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Large Smeg gas cooker + oven, bread maker, smoothie maker.

Living room: Good sized living room with bay window and nice period features. Smart TV with Chromecast + speakers. 2 seater sofa, armchair + ottoman.

All bills are included.
