I have a lovely double room available in a beautiful two-bedroom flat in North Cambridge, perfectly located near the Science Park, Cambridge North train station, and with easy access to the A14.

The room is available for a short-term rental from 20th December to 4 January. (Rent negotiable)

The flat features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. It’s located on the 1st floor of a secure gated community. If you have a bike, there’s a secure bike lock-up you can use, and a car private parking space.

The room is cozy and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, and chair. The rest of the flat is also fully furnished, including a comfortable sofa, dining table, and all essential appliances. You’ll have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

All bills are included in the rent (water, council tax, gas/electricity, Sky Broadband, and TV)
