Monday to Friday / Short term let from April 2025

One of the things I love is the light in this house.

Monday to Friday room to let at £500, though I will consider short term 7 days a week for £900 per month, in a recently refurbished house in the Mill Road area.

This would suit someone:
- moving to Cambridge before starting a course who wants to have a base to land before looking for something more permanent
- moving to Cambridge to start a job which requires going into the office
- someone visiting for a holiday
- in the city for a short stay to visit relatives

This would not be suitable for someone who works remotely from home every day on lots of calls.

Other details:
- 10 min walk from the main Cambridge Station
- House with small garden/yard where you can securely store a bike
- Single female landlord in 30s lives here and works from home, but goes away or to London a lot
- Room is a small double - only suitable for single occupancy
- Non smokers only
- New kitchen with oak worktop, induction hob, oven and boiling tap (no microwave)
- There is no television
- 10 min walk to town
- 1 minute to several grocery shops, take away places, restaurants, pubs, coffee, pharmacy etc
