This would suit someone or a couple:
- moving to Cambridge before starting a course who wants to have a base to land before looking for something more permanent
- moving to Cambridge to start a job which requires going into the office
- someone visiting for a holiday
- in the city for a short stay to visit relatives

- 10 min walk from the main Cambridge Station
- House with small garden/yard where you can securely store a bike
- Non smokers only
- New kitchen with oak worktop, induction hob, oven and boiling tap (no microwave)
- There is no television
- 10 min walk to town
- 1 minute to several grocery shops, take away places, restaurants, pubs, coffee, pharmacy etc
