Shared living space

We have a free room in our 3 bedroom house 😊

The room is on the ground floor and has access to it's own bathroom and toilet, not shared with the other two tenants.
It comes unfurnished except for one wardrobe and a side table (not in the pictures, sorry!).

The rest of the house has a shared living room at the front of the house, a kitchen towards the back and also utilities space.
On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
We also have a south facing garden.

We pay all bills separately from rent, and they usually come to about £130 a month.

We are well connected to town with buses, and only a 20min walk from the station. We're also only about 30min walk from the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, so very convenient!
This area also has quite a few small shops nearby, and some very nice bakeries...

The current tenants are both professionals who work full time, and the vibes are friendly and peaceful.

We are looking for a professional, sorry, no students!, who is friendly and respecful, who will help care for the shared spaces - we keep a cleaning rota to ensure the house stays tidy - and keep the good vibe of the house.
