Homey house looking for housemate

We are looking for a new housemate to move into our home.

We're two professionals & we enjoy socialising, the outdoors, art/diy, gardening, cooking and sports. We're looking for a new housemate who is social and would like to live in a homey house.

We're located south of the city centre, just around the corner from the botanic gardens, 5 minutes from the train station & 15 minutes to the city centre. There's lots of cafes and pubs close by.

The bedroom has a large double bed, built in wardrobes and gets lots of natural light. The house is spacious, has a large living/dining area and a small back garden witch catches a lot of sun during the day .

The rent includes all bills (TV licence, Internet, Gas, Electic & Water) as well as Council Tax. There is on-street parking available (permit required- see cambrige city council parking permit rates for more details).
