This is a great single room available in a spacious and warm two-bedroom flat, perfectly located for anyone who wants to be close to the Cambridge train station.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and double wardrobe. Across the hall, you have a private bathroom with a bath and shower. There is an underground parking space available.

The rest of the flat is a large shared living area. The kitchen is well equipped, and it comes with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is a spacious private balcony that spans across the bedrooms and living room. I keep a greenhouse in the far edge, and I have grown tomatoes on it in the past.

I am a software engineer in my late twenties, and I enjoy cooking and quiet nights in. I am looking for someone tidy, considerate, and friendly to share this space.

The flat is located minutes away from various cafes, three grocery stores, and the train station. It is a 15-minute walk to the city centre or to Mill Road
