Housemate wanted- just off Mill Road

Looking for a tenant to replace me in a lovely wee house just off Mill Road.
The cosy single room has a large window which opens onto a flat roof which is affectionately known as the smokers terrace, which can only be accessed by the room owner.
The living room/dining area is a comfortable place to relax in the evenings, and the kitchen is clean and spacious, with gas hobs.
There is a small garden out the back with enough room to store bikes if needed, and we have a utility room equipped with a dryer.
The bathroom is modern and fairly spacious, and is kept very clean. There is also a small bathroom downstairs.
Due to the size of this room, there is a storage cupboard available downstairs with hooks for storing coats and plenty of room for any other boys and bobs you may need to keep there.
We also have an extremely spacious attic which is perfect for storing any spare suitcases or larger things you may want to store.
The lease finishes in August.
The current housemates are 3 LGBTQ+ and we are open to all genders. However, we are only looking for queer applicants.
Everyone is friendly and enjoys hanging out, watching tv together and occasionally going for a pint in the evenings, and we have hosted parties, but we all also enjoy our own company when we need it.
The ideal housemate would be a young professional, as we are currently a mix of professionals and students, however students will also be considered.

Move-in date can be negotiated, it all depends on when I am able to find a tenant and subsequently find a new place myself.
