Short term sublet in lovely house

Hello, thanks for checking out my room. I'm going away for a few weeks so the room is available for a short term let. From around 20th Dec to around 15 Feb 26, can be abit flexible with this. But looking to arrange the let soon.

The room...
Light and airy room, with big french doors. The room looks out to the garden and is next to the kitchen for easy access.
Its a large room on the ground floor, with only the living room and kitchen on that floor. The shared bathroom is upstairs on the first floor. Would be sharing with 3 others.
All furniture shown included and bills are included in the rent. We get a cleaner every 2 weeks.

The house...
It's a lovely terrace house, in a great location - only 20mins walk into town, or bus stops neay by, with local amenities/shops also.
We have a kitchen & breakfast room, lounge and bathroom.
There are 5 rooms in total, 4 of the rooms share one bathroom.
All the usual appliances: a washing machine, tumble dryer, shed, bike rack.
We do have a regular cleaner, fortnightly, for the communal areas.

The housemates...
We are currently 4 flatmates, 3 girls and 1 guy (me), all working professionals.
We are all really friendly and get along well, some of us have been in the house for a couple of years. We respect our personal time and space, but also like to catch up when together. We work well around each others schedules and timings around the house and using the spaces.

We're looking for someone easy going, sociable and clean, with a similar schedule.

Sorry, no students! PhD maybe considered.
