A room is available in a shared house with three other housemates. You will be joining a friendly group of working professionals, four tenants in total.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of major supermarkets including Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, and Asda, approximately five minutes away, as well as the train station, which is under 30 minutes on foot.

The house offers: a large shared living room and kitchen, back garden, including bike shed, and parking spaces.

Additional costs to the rent include broadband, electricity, water, and council tax, which average approximately £100 per person per month.

The current tenant is moving out and is willing to sell most of the furniture in the room if required. Prospective tenants willing to take over the furniture will be given priority.

This is not a sublet. The new tenant will be added directly to the lease with the existing tenants from an agreed start date.

The room is available from 15 February, with some flexibility for an earlier or later move-in date, so please enquire in case a better date would suit you.
