This is a very spacious and aesthetic double room with one double bed, chest of drawers, closet, table chair and an open rack for extra storage. It is walking distance to ARU (15 mins) and to beehive centre (15 mins) for easy access to lidl, asda, etc. there is a tesco superstore nearby with about 17 mins walk. Coop with 10 mins walk and for emergency needs, there is a store (Spar) with about 4 mins walk.

Bills are not included in the rent. The house is equipped with high a speed wifi. Currently 5 female students are living in the house, we are looking preferably for a female student with good hygiene.

There is a shared kitchen equipped with microwave, gas hob, oven and fridge/freezer. There are two shared bathrooms. The kitchen has a small conservatory to spend a relaxing time.
