I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room. It’s a lovely house in a central location with very affordable rent. The property includes a communal garden and a parking space, and it’s just 2 minutes from the Grafton Centre.

There is one other tenant in the flat a very friendly working professional so we would prefer a female tenant.

The contract runs until 10th April, so it’s a great option if you’re looking for a short-term stay.

The room comes furnished with a desk, chair, new IKEA mattress, hanging rack, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables.
